CANTALUPO CONSTRUCTION
Owner Justin Cantalupo began his construction career in North Lake Tahoe over 20 years ago. One of his early projects involved restoring a 90-year-old cabin, which took three years and included elevating the structure, adding a basement, and extensive drainage work. After completing this project, Justin returned to Chico and collaborated with a leading custom home builder until 2004, when he established Cantalupo Construction.
Justin finds the most rewarding aspect of his work to be the tangible improvements. “Whether creating something new or restoring an old structure, I genuinely cherish the transformation process, which is central to my passion for construction.”

"We originally hired Justin to help us work with our home builder to fix major construction flaws. Justin worked with us and the original builders to make sure things were fixed correctly and by industry standards. We enjoyed working him so much we had him add multiple windows to our dining room, do a partial remodel on our kitchen (larger island, updated counters, cabinets) and also update the the counters and fixtures in the bathrooms and laundry. Since then we have contracted with Justin on multiple projects on our home and for some of our other properties. He maintains a high standard while also keeping realistic expectations.
